Can Rest Heal A Concussion?

How much rest should be put on a kid when they have a concussion? A hospital in Wisconsin said that people don't need so much rest they only need about 2 days. Because lots of people are cocooned in a room in the dark without light and noise and other things. They took a test and most kids 11 through 22 went had a concussion and most when two days of rest and the other took five days of rest. When you take more time they they don't go to school and their activities. When they have less time they get more into their stuff and adjust back again to what they did before they had the concussion.

My Goals

-My Academics Goal

My academics I want to improve on my grades and bring them up in the b range. Also I would like to step up in class, participate, listen more to the teacher, and maybe ask for more help. Because I want to improve all my classes by a letter grade up or be in the b range. Also if I ask and participate and ask questions I will understand and turn in my assignments on time when they are due for class.
- My Personal Goal

My personal goal is to go to sleep more earlier and to wake up in time for school to go walking and on other days when I go to other activities in my day. If I go to sleep earlier I will be able to do things without having to feel sleepy and tired all the time and rest up for school. So when I do things I will be more active and participate more for school. Also another benefit is that if I sleep a little earlier I will wake up earlier and able to get more stuff in the day before I go to sleep again for the next day. I would like to do this year to benefit from it.
